Perfect for families or groups. It's possible to equip the guesthouse for up to 5 people. There is a 70 metre walk from our onsite parking to the property, so it is not suitable for wheelchairs.
HOUSE RULES
House Sol is an old granite house enlarged and renovated with modern and traditional eco-friendly materials. The guesthouse is located above the Mondego River valley, with views to the Caramulo mountains. Enjoy this peaceful place, using your private garden and terraces.- Check-in: 15:00

- Sorry, but we do not allow pets on the quinta.
- Please do not smoke inside the accommodation.
- No parties or events.
The guesthouse includes an open plan kitchenette and living-room with 1 double bed (it can also provided a separate bed). The double bed is equipped with an orthopaedic mattress.
Next to the living room there is a WC with a sink.
Another bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 loftbed is separated by a corridor and stairs.
The attached bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. This bathroom has a separate entrance in the lower level of the house and you have to use the stairs outside to reach it.
The wood burning stove brings cozy warmth in the colder months. The wood for the woodburner will be charged based on consumption.

All prices are shown in euros and are based on 2 people sharing, for each additional person there is a surcharge of €10 per night. There is no charge for children under the age of 3 years.
